G K Jain - FCA

At JGC, Mr. Jain led a team of 8-10 Sr. Audit & Line Personnel, coming from multi-ethnic & diverse functional background.
He has successfully completed the Cert. course on Concurrent Audit of the bank, as conducted by the ICAI, New Delhi in Dec’ 2015 .

Having exposure in conducting management/ internal audit of large companies like Hindalco, Grasim Ind. ltd, Indian Rayon and etc. of A.V. Birla Group.
Proficiency in stock audit, internal audit of corporate houses.
Successfully managing various audits of Bank / FIs.
He has been registered with ADB (Asian Development Bank) as Consultant having code No. 0017464.

S.K. Agarwal - FCA

Mr. Agarwal, FCA, AICWA has joined our firm as full time partner. After qualifying he started his practice for about 2 years until he joined M/s. Agarwal & Nandy as a partner.

After retiring from this firm he joined an industry. During a span of 4 years in practice, he
has acquired thorough knowledge in taxation, company law matters & statutory audit of banks and private organizations.
Further he carried out the internal audit of Aptech Ltd. efficiently.
He is also responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all the audit activities and also the helping the assistances in preparing
the audit check points & programme.

Anand Harlalka - FCA

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May’2005 with 49 th rank. At post qualification, he has gathered rich experience in banking for last 12 years. He has worked with ICICI bank for 7 years and then Standard Chartered Bank for 4 years apart from short stint at Indusind Bank.

Has acquired rich experience in SME Banking, handling loan size from 1.00 Cr to 75.00 Crs along with credit assessment of borrowers. Has also handled NPA accounts and legal aspect of the accounts, once the same became NPA.
He has also complete exposure of trade facilities, forex remittances, derivative instrument and corporate Governance.

Neha Bansal

After that, she has taken COP in the year 2015 and joined as a Partner with M/s. Kavita Ojha & Associates, Kolkata. In this firm, she got opportunity in handling IT files of Corporate & Non-Corporate assesse besides preparing the Audit Report &/VAT Audit of various concern.

Further, she started also acted as an observer for the Institute’s Exam in Nov 2017. She had got through the certification course on Ind AS in June 2021
